Aesthetica.AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application available on Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (App Store) (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, or contact details directly. However, the App may collect certain data automatically or through third-party services:

• Device Information: Such as device model, operating system, and usage statistics.
• In-App Purchases: Handled securely by Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We do not store or process payment information.

• Face data: We may collect the facial feature data separately from your photos only to provide you with the Image generation functionality of our App. Please note that we collect facial feature data, which is not considered biometric data. Our app does not use your photos and facial features for any reason other than to provide you with the Image generation functionality. In no way will we use your photos and facial features for face recognition, as we do not introduce the face recognition technologies or other technical means for the processing of biometric data for the unique identification or authentication of a user.
• Data Retention: Your data will be stored by our app for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed. For the rest of the time, your photos used in our application are stored locally on your mobile device. They may be removed at any time by either deleting these photos from your mobile device’s file system directly or by deleting our application.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:
